Excellent service start to finish!

Our initial communication was with Yanis who was really helpful and arranged for Emils to come and have a look at the job. He visited us the next day and we received a quotation very quickly afterwards. Once we booked them, the job was completed in a few days and there were no issues. The team did a great job, they were very tidy and diligent.

We would gladly recommend Jubo and will certainly use their services again, if need be, in the future.

The entire team at Jubo are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Yanis, Eds and Emils - with whom we have had most dealings - are exceptionally skilled, honest, hardworking and tidy. We have used them for a kitchen refurbishment at our previous property and last week for a boiler replacement, consumer unit change and removal of hot water storage tank and loft water tank.

The team carried out a boiler system conversion and installed a new gas combi boiler which involved extensive work. The team were all very professional and ensured all gas safety compliance measures were met with all aspects of the boiler conversion and installation. I am very impressed. They all arrived on time and clearly explained the work that needed to be completed. The whole team were very polite and tidy. The old and new pipework was immaculate. Amazing job! Yanis from Jubo provided an excellent service, they called and visited my place just 1 hour after I posted my request in Checkatrade. They allocated the issue in short and found out the boiler needs to have PRV valve replaced, though as my boiler is an old power max 155, they needed to purchase it first. Before the part arrived, they provided me a temporary way out so I can at least have hot water. They came over again with the exchange part just two days after Christmas, they fixed the pressure issue and also other part of the boiler, now it’s fully functional and everything is good.

Last Saturday my tenants boiler died, typically being the coldest wkend of the decade. Failed miserably to find a plumber (England playing in World Cup) Yanis was recommended. I called him and he was at the flat first thing Monday. He sent a detailed quote, with 2 options. It was a huge job as the pipes needed to be replaced to new reg’s and I wanted the new boiler in another location. By Tuesday evening everything was done and under budget as he used the old timer etc. He also did a gas safety cert. Can’t recommend him enough. Honest, fair price, speedy, super helpful and flexible.

Yanis responded to the gas safety check request very quickly. He is a very polite and professional engineer. He agreed a suitable time to visit and kept us informed of his arrival time. He clearly explained the work he was carrying out and details of his findings. Yanis identified a leak during testing and resolved the issue immediately.

Emils was a very friendly and competent at his job. He left no mess. Removed footwear before he entered property, even though it wasn’t necessary. Very quick response to my phone call.

Excellent service. Very helpful engineer explained all that he was doing and why. He made sure he respected my house by removing his boots when inside the house.

I can’t speak highly enough of Yanis, Vitali and their work. Yanis has a real attention to detail. He spent a lot of time talking over the job spec with us and asking questions before even starting, making us aware of our choices, their impact and the potential solutions. It’s a far more involved process than most builders – who tend to do the work to you – but it meant we knew and we’re part of every decision. Yanis was brilliant from his first day of visiting the property to view the required work until the completion of the work. His knowledge of the construction field was very impressive. We initially wanted to just redo the bathroom and kitchen but as he carried out the work, he continually advised us of the other things that required urgent attention. We ended up doing a full house refurbishment for a very competitive price. The quality of the workmanship is just great and everyone who’s visited our house has been full of praises.
